Kelayakan
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is compulsory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of patience.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team.
- Flexible and adaptable to long working hours if required.
- Able to work from home, with the requirement to attend town/office at least once per week.
- Work six days per week with one rest day weekly.
- Flexible working hours are required.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and messaging applications.
- Coordinate with the operations team to follow up on guest requests and complaints.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistent phone availability to respond to messages and calls.
