Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Possessed commanding Mandarin & English languages in both written and verbal.
Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain customer databases.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience
