Job Description


  • Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Possessed commanding Mandarin & English languages in both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
  • Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
  • Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience
