Requirements

• Education: SPM or Diploma in Beauty/related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the skincare or beauty industry is ideal. Fresh grads with a strong passion are welcome to apply!
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential
• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English, must be proficient in Mandarin.
• Work Style: Independent, self-driven, and a strong team collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Actively promote and sell our representative clinics' procedures and services in Korea, working towards personal and team sales targets.
• Expand Brand Visibility: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to enhance brand presence and increase conversion.
• Provide Expert Consultation: Offer professional advice and aesthetic knowledge to customers, elevating their experience and trust.
• Build Customer Relationships: Respond to inquiries professionally, provide tailored support, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in structured training programs to stay updated on procedures, clinics, and medical trends.
• Track and Improve Performance: Prepare regular sales reports, monitor KPIs, and contribute to overall team improvements.
