Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of Wealth Mastery Academy's products and services to accurately address customer inquiries.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Provide excellent service in Mandarin languages.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Wealth Mastery Academy's products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service procedures and knowledge base articles.
