Customer Service Executive
to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for clients -- managing inquiries, appointments, payments, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Fresh graduates who are passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and customer service are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Client Service
Welcome clients warmly and handle all inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
Manage appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, and promotions.
Handle client feedback and concerns professionally.
2. Sales & Billing
Promote treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
Process payments (cash, card, or e-wallet) and issue receipts accurately.
Maintain daily sales records and ensure proper payment reconciliation.
Follow up with clients on renewals or unfinished treatments.
3. Marketing Support
Assist in creating engaging social media content (posts, reels, live sessions).
Support marketing campaigns, client events, and promotions.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
4. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain and update client records accurately.
Send appointment reminders, thank-you notes, and promotional updates.
Follow up post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
5. Teamwork & Compliance
Attend regular product and service training sessions.
Follow clinic SOPs, confidentiality policies, and hygiene standards.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
(Medical, Healthcare, or Science-related degree is an added advantage).
