1. Greet visitors with warm smile and ensure every interaction reflects our brand's positive values.
2. Give accurate and prompt information about our services, events and facilities.
3. Professionally address customer questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary and assist during emergencies.
4. Handle and track any lost items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned.
5. Help with promotions and events by distributing materials and informing visitors about ongoing campaigns.
6. Any others tasks assigned from time to time by the Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:-
1. Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Hospitality or Mass Communication, or related field.
2. Some prior customer service experience is a plus.
3. Good English and Bahasa - written and spoken. (Mandarin is a bonus)
4. Pleasant personality, ability to multitask and can work extra hours.
5. Good in basic computer skills. (Word, Excel ,Google Workspace)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
