Customer Service Executive



Location:

Lalaport, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Requirements:



Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy; prior customer service experience is preferred. Proficient in

English and Mandarin

(both spoken and written). Must have a

background in the F&B industry

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in person. Provide accurate product and service information while resolving customer issues promptly. Maintain and update customer records; track and monitor service performance. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous service improvement. Support the sales team by processing orders and coordinating with relevant departments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
