Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate product and service information while resolving customer issues promptly.
Maintain and update customer records; track and monitor service performance.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
Support the sales team by processing orders and coordinating with relevant departments.
