Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in IT/ Business or any equivalent discipline
• SPM/STPM with relevant experiences are welcome to apply
• Self motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
• Able to communicate well in English, Malay & Mandarin
• Able and willing to work on shift ( currently is only morning shift).

• Good communication skills.
• Proactive and responsible, can work under pressure.
• Keen to learn new knowledge such as cloud technology.
• Certified by any cloud platform.
• Certified by any relevant network security institute.

Responsibilities

• Providing online cloud-related services
• Providing consultation and solutions to client regarding cloud service or related product technical issues
• Perform cloud technology testing and research, optimization of solutions and standard operating procedures
• Providing guidance for client in deployment and assistance in resolving issues encountered in cloud operations
