Job description
  • Handle all inbound contacts received and outbound contacts made in the form of chats and emails.
  • Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with customers.
  • Follow up with clients to garnered feedback for service improvements.
  • Provide high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries at first contact where possible.
  • Independently provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise.
  • Adhere and comply to the duty roster set by the Supervisor.
  • Be accountable for the entire sales cycle to social media lead generation, email, quotation, on-boarding, maintenance and development.
  • Support customer in providing technical information, quotations, delivery and after sales service.
  • Provide assistance to daily operations.
  • To assist and participate in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Good administrative and computer literacy skills.
  • 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (3 shift based)
  • Able to work on rotational shift
  • Related work experience in Customer Service field will be an advantage.
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and customer friendly.
  • Possess the right attitude with willingness and humility to learn.
Job Type: Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
