Job Description

: Position: Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests through social media and email channels, adhering to company processes and policies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate and share Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback with relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform sales tasks and handle ad hoc responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Education qualification: Diploma or equivalent skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role in non-voice channels or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficient in basic office systems and operations.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
