JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist superior in daily branch administration and operation.
• Manage and response customer inquiries promptly, resolve complaints and provide up to date information to achieve excellent service.
• Ensure accurate and update information on system for both collections and inventory.
• Responsible for maintain and execute planned stock takes and support store operations and activities.
• Provide support and coordination in marketing activities/events.
• Conduct spot audit/support/visit to branches as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candide must possess at least SPM or equivalent with minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Applicant (Fresh Graduate) with no experience is welcome, training will be provided.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin for liaise with internal & external parties.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Applicant must be willing to work overtime, able to do multitasking and go outstation.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
