Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail customer service, or call center role
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak and write Mandarin will be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priorities tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with partners, marketplaces, and logistics team to ensure orders delivered on time
