dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive
to join our team. This position plays a vital role in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth coordination of OEM cosmetic projects from product development to delivery.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients on product development progress, order status, delivery arrangements, and documentation requirements.
Process customer orders and prepare related documents such as Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Coordinate effectively with internal departments including R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Warehouse.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues until resolved.
Assist the Sales Department in managing B2B customers, including OEM and special project accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and support continuous improvement in service quality.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service, sales support, or project coordination (experience in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries is an advantage).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.
