Job Description


MohonKelayakanPosition: Customer Support - MandarinShifts: 9am to 6pm (5 days working rotational weekly off)

  • Date of Joining: 21st Oct, 28th Oct or 9th Nov
  • Education: Must possess at least SPM or above.
  • Required language(s): English & Simplified Mandarin/ Cantonese
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided
  • Able to start on immediate basis.
Tanggungjawab
  • Answer phone calls, e-mails, live chats, and messages on social media from customers
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Help customers with issues related to the service, troubleshoot on the customer\'s behalf, and solve the customer\'s problems to the best of your ability
  • Responding to customer complaints and implementing customer retention strategies in order to reduce churn, retain existing business, and increase loyalty
  • Use Retention and Saves skills to retain and win back Business Services customers who downgrading or disconnecting services.
