In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our players, using your stellar communication skills to resolve inquiries via live chat and email. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that leverages advanced technology to deliver top-tier support.

What You'll Do:



Provide outstanding customer service to a global player base through live chat and email. Troubleshoot and resolve player issues efficiently, using defined solutions and your own initiative. Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously to deliver seamless support. Champion a positive player experience with your engaging and professional communication style.

What We're Looking For:



Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written). A language assessment will be required. Proven experience in a customer service environment, with specific expertise in live chat and email support. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate multiple platforms. A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and has a dedicated home workspace with a reliable laptop and internet connection. Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights.
