Customer Service Executive (Bilingual - Mandarin & English)

Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
email and live chat
during pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale stages.
Handle customer feedback using the internal support system and knowledge base according to company procedures.
Accurately record service data and assist in implementing customer experience improvement plans.
Support the team with additional customer service tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in
English

Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage

Willing to work on a
rotational shift schedule
, including evening shifts (no overnight shifts).
Responsible, customer-oriented, and a strong team player.
Proactive, willing to share ideas and help improve processes.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software.
Experience in
customer service, BPO, or telecom support (preferred but not required).
Salary & Benefits
RM 3,000 - RM 5,000
per month (based on experience).
