Requirements

  • At least hold an SPM certificate.
  • No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Own transportation.
  • Willing to work with shifting, public holiday and weekend.
  • Working Hours: GJ Team: Morning 9am - 7pm, Noon 3pm - 1am (2 shifts)

  • Reply to customers via live chat (mainly), WhatsApp, and social media and solve customer issues
