We're looking for a Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker) who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Actively listen and resolve concerns, ensuring positive experiences
• Escalate complex cases when necessary
• Share product and service recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Collect feedback to help improve services and processes
• Support with administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English
• 1+ year experience in customer service (or related field)
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
• Willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
• Work Schedule & Location
• Morning shift: 6am - 3pm (WFH)
• Noon shift: 10am - 7pm (Office @ The Zizz, Damansara Damai, PJ)
• (Next to Damansara Damai MRT Station)
