- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- A fast learner with strong communication skills and relationship management skills.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding time management, multi task and organizing skills.
- Organizational skills - you\'ll be working with many customers, and you\'ll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
