  • Good in typing skill and able to chat with customers in Live Chat, WatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Messenger etc.
  • Possess active listening skills and influential telephone communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and handling assigned tasks competently.
  • Demonstrate efficient time management skills.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer request, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • To ensure service is satisfactory to customers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
