Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates welcome)
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (Malaysian native speaker preferred)
Professional demeanor and strong customer service ethic
Willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and split rest-days as required
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone/email with accurate information
Deliver exceptional customer support with patience and respect
Meet/exceed KPIs set by company and clients
Adhere to call center procedures and quality assurance standards
Escalate unresolved issues through proper channels
