Job Description


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
  • Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
Requirements:
  • Possess a good command of Mandarin & English in both written and verbal forms.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
  • Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM3,600.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Required)
