Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products \xe2\x80\xa2 To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a SPM. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Mandarin/Cantonese and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply \xe2\x80\x93 Full Training Provided \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts and public holiday. \xe2\x80\xa2 Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
