- At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service Role.
- Well-verse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia, both in oral & written. Cantonese speaker will be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work on Public Holidays on a Rotation basis (with allowance and leave replacement).
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Handling inbound calls, emails and livechat in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer enquiries and request, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution method to be delivered.
