Kelayakan

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service Role.
  • Well-verse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia, both in oral & written. Cantonese speaker will be an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work on Public Holidays on a Rotation basis (with allowance and leave replacement).
  • Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling inbound calls, emails and livechat in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer enquiries and request, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution method to be delivered.
