We are currently expanding our Customer Service Team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction to our retail and SME customers.
We have two teams as below:
Online Customer Service Executive (2 positions available in KL and Penang) - this role will be responsible for efficiently handling inbound and outbound customer call/message inquiries. The primary focus will be on providing fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through excellent service. Properly keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents.
Member Service Executive (2 positions available in KL) - main responsibilities of this role will include following up on customer progress, explaining course learning methods and after-sales services, and resolving any issues that customers/members require assistance with. Maintain effective customer interaction records and organise customer files.
