Requirements

  • Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a Customer Service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) are essential to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications to manage customer interactions and document case details.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work remotely and on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, to provide continuous customer support.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed records of each case.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.
  • Adhere to established customer service protocols and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and Mandarin language proficiency.
