  • Able to speak and read Mandarin
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring all booking inquiries are handled professionally, and that communication between our clients and dispatch team runs smoothly.
You will also support day-to-day operations and report directly to the Reservation Manager, who is authorized to act on all matters related to reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Relay accurate booking information to the dispatch team.
  • Confirm bookings with vehicle and driver details to customers.
  • Monitor and update drivers' availability.
  • Maintain and update trip statuses in the system in real-time.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and communications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and escalate issues to management.
  • Report incidents or complaints and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate driver assignments based on availability and fairness.
  • Support operational goals aligned with the company's mission and vision.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
