Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Computer literate with good interpersonal skills.

Scopes:
Perform daily counter service operations and administrative tasks.
Accept and input customer details from Purchase Orders into the system.
Collect payments through cash, cheques, and credit cards.
Prepare Official Receipts for daily sales.
Check and follow up on booking cases and required documents for confirmed sales.
Process sales confirmations and distribute documents to relevant departments.
Handle inquiries, reservations, changes, cancellations, and transfers of lots, as well as update customer information.
Update the system with changes in purchase and purchaser\'s information.
Verify the accuracy of computer data with written Purchase Orders.
Verify customer details for changes in purchase and purchaser\'s information.
Compile documents for distribution to appropriate departments.
Follow up with Finance & Corporate Affairs Department regarding booking refunds.
Compile Purchase Orders and file them with the Registry Department.
Coordinate with the Registry Department for issuing Certificates of Purchase, handling product utilization and deceased cases.
Arrange item transfers to Site Offices and verify received documents.
Coordinate with Sites & Offices in Semenyih, Klang, Shah Alam & N2 for counter service tasks and data entry error corrections.
Keep track of sales materials, forms, and controlled stock, such as Purchase Orders.
Support TPOM sales discussions to resolve customer queries, collect payments, and complete sales documents.
Provide support and assistance to Branches Customer Service when needed.
Carry out duties/services at events/sites as required.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by your superior.
