What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally Provide accurate information and assist customers with their concerns Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships Maintain and update customer data in the system Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues Use CRM tools to monitor service levels and track customer interactions Meet individual and team KPIs for quality and responsiveness Share feedback to help improve service processes Support colleagues across departments when needed

What We're Looking For

Diploma or higher in any field Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of experience is a plus

Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and solve problems efficiently Positive attitude and strong team spirit
