:
- Attend to sales enquiries, furnishing product information and prepare quotation
- Handle customer order and keep track of the delivery of customer
- Provide timely feedback to manger regarding customers feedback
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness details update in the relevant operating system to meet customer's requirement
- Manage and build relationship with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and work proactively with other team members
- Any ad-hoc task as per assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification with SPM / Diploma in Business Management / Marketing or relevant field
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service
- Required language(s) : English, Malay and preferable Mandarin
- Highly motivated, result-oriented and independent
- Good personality and problem-solving skills
- Communicate well with good teamwork
