Fresh graduates are welcome. Working hour:
9am to 9pm / 9pm to 9am
Working days : 4 days a week and 3 off daysMust be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job scope: Handle inbound calls and email enquiries.
Responsibility
Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries Records & answer to customer inquiries Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
