Job Description

What you'll be doing: -



Providing courteous and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email and in-person interactions. Responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on open issues. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing and invoicing. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer journey.

Requirements :



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data entry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
