Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities & Duties:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats professionally. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and accurately. Provide product or service information to customers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when needed. Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction. Meet individual and team KPIs for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality. Support other team members and participate in training when required. Ensure all work complies with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Applicant are required to have at least a qualification in SPM or above. Proficient in both Mandarin and English. Willing to work based in Petaling Jaya. Have no issues with working in on 7am-3am rotational shift basis (9 hours shift),with 5 days a week (2 rotational offdays).

Benefit:



RM2,800 basic salary +Up to RM400 Night Shift+ up to RM500 KPI allowance EPF + SOCSO provided Annual Leave + Medical Leave Easily accessible by public transport (LRT)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
