Requirements

• We have 2 separate brands , KETOCAKE - Sugarless cake (applying halal) and CAKETELLA - Alcohol cake.
• 2 Different outlets, next to each other.
• Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. ( 5 working days).
• Able to speak in English
• Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.
• Have fun at work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Customer Enquiry via Whatsapp, Social Media, Phone Calls.
• Handle Delivery order and Packaging to runners/customers
• Assists in preparing delivery boxes.
• Handle Complaint with appropriate solutions.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Operation Efficiency.
• Communicate with Production Team to Ensure Operation Efficiency.
• Liase with customer & Runner face to face to ensure they gotten the correct orders.
