CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MALL)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and assistance to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Act as main point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and general mall information to ensure a positive shopping experience. Greet and assist shoppers courteously and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach. Manage the mall's information counter and telephone hotline. Handle lost & found items and maintain proper records. Liaise with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams when necessary. Assist in organizing mall events and promotional activities. Prepare daily reports on customer service interactions and issues. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standard governing customer interactions.

Requirement

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field. Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotational shifts) Proficiency in customer service software and CRM system. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Detailed-oriented with commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
