Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Customer Service Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism

Maintain customer records and update databases

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Minimum 2 years experience in similar field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
