Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service roles requiring. Fresh graduates with strong interest and relevant skills are also encouraged to apply
• Proficient in typing and communicating fluently in Chines,Malay,English for customer interaction
• Able to speak Mandarin for internal communication
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks work environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact between company and customers
• Respond to all basic inquiries across messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
• Address basic customer complaints and manage customer expectations effectively
• Maintain regular communication with various internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support team operations and departmental needs
