A fast-growing E-commerce company in the SEA is looking for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers via email, phone, and live chat. The ideal candidate will be someone who is well-spoken, attentive, and patient. He/She also has a good track record in a service-oriented environment.
What you\'ll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with the Sales, Products, and Logistics team to ensure the customer order to ensure a seamless E-commerce experience.
Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after-sales service .
Handle presales-related inquiries, and product issues-related cases including but not limited to Inventory Checking, Payment Status Checking, etc.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Handle daily and ad hoc assignments as required to ensure KPI targets are met.
What you\'ll need
Diploma in the relevant field of study or equivalent level qualification
Preferably 2-3 years of customer-related experience in the E-Commerce industry.
Passion for Customer Service in the E-Commerce industry.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Highly adaptable and possess a strong willingness to learn.
Committed and have a positive work attitude.
