Job Description

Work Location : Menara Heitech Village, USJ1



Job Responsibilities



Interacting with customers to provide information about products or services. Resolving product or service issues by addressing and understanding customers' needs. Working with other departments or staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders. Tracks customer forecast and stock levels and movement. Participate in company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

Job Requirements



Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent. 2 to 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred. Experience in handling overseas customers. Good communication skills written and spoken in English & Malay. Added advantage for Mandarin speaker for communication with customers which only managed to speak Mandarin.

Competency Requirements



Customer Service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners and communication skills, business writing skills. Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software. SAP (added advantage). Good attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
