Job Description

Responsibilities



Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing in compliance with port and maritime regulations. Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and related paperwork. Communicate with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in planning and scheduling vessel movements, cargo handling, and crew changes. Support customs documentation and clearance processes for vessels and cargo. Ensure all operations comply with company policies, and local and international maritime regulations and environmental standards. Handle documentation such as Bills of Lading, Manifests, OKTB, and Invoices.

Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in the shipping industry, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
