Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all customers. Maintain relationships that meet customer's requirements and demand, as well as other databases related to shipments. Must ensure that the delivery to the requirements for their role as per the given job description. Performing follow-ups with corporate clients and creating a close relationship with high-level decision-makers to create new business opportunities. Release booking confirmations for the shipments. Negotiating Freight rates with Liners / NVOCC to file competitive rates. Filing slot rates with feeders, case to case. Liaison with international business partners and clients around the globe.
Job Requirements:

At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with Customer Service experience in Freight Forwarder / Shipping Liner / NVOCC. Minimum SPM, Certificate and Diploma or equivalent. Must be self-motivated, proactive, mature, able to work independently, Team player and strong working commitment. Good command in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
