Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Attending to overseas inbound & outbound enquiries (Sea Freight & Air Freight). Attending local customers enquiries (Sales Accounts). Sourcing rates with shipping liner (Via Sea Freight). Preparing quotation via Sys Freight. Support operation teams when they needed help from Sales Teams. Managing new customer enquiries and follow up (If any). Managing key accounts (Lead by the HOD & MD). Billing (Triangle shipment, if any from the respective department (SEA & AIR). Buy insurance. Help sub-coordinate when they needed. Checking the monthly report all in order (Report generate by Accounts Team on monthly base).

COMPETENCE



Education: Diploma in Customer Service or equivalent Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years Write and communicate in English & Malay Learn to work with other department (Sea, Air, Accounts, Credit) including Sales Teams department Worked well with colleagues respective department even though having different personalities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Subang Jaya (47500): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
