IT solutions and Managed IT Services Provider

Location:

Subang Jaya (exactly next to BRT Sunway Line station)

Working Hours:

6am-3pm; 9am-6pm; 1pm-10pm; 5:30pm-2:30am; 9pm-6am

Off Days:

6 off days per month

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and handle customer inquiries via calls and e-mails till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction. Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline. Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.

Key Requirements:



Education SPM or above Fluency in English and Mandarin

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
