Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat, FB messenger, instagram, etc.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in navigating the company\'s products/services and provide accurate information and guidance.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately in the company\'s database.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all customer interactions.
