Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer support through phone calls, emails, and live chats. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls (inbound & outbound) and digital platforms (Email, Facebook, Twitter, Live Chat, etc.). Deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality service during every customer interaction. Proactively promote and upsell products and services aligned with customer needs. Take ownership of customer issues and ensure professional, courteous resolutions. Use analytical thinking to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions. Manage complaints and handle irate customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Work independently, remain focused under pressure, and consistently deliver results with attention to detail.

We are looking for

Minimum

SPM qualification and above

. Preferably with experience in

Customer Service / Call Centre

environment. Good communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

.

Mandarin speaker

is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

(training provided). Able to start work immediately. Willing to travel and work on

rotational shifts

Operation Hour:

Morning

8:00am-5:00pm 9:00am-6:00pm

Evening

1:00pm-10:00pm 3:00pm-12:00am
