- Knowledge in handling basic computer software (Microsoft Excel/Word, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Social media savvy.
- Represent the company professionally, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers.
- Respond to all incoming customer inquiries/feedback/complaints via various channels.
- Make outbound calls if necessary and perform office-based administrative duties.
- Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Maintain customer records, update account information, and record details of interactions.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and contribute to team efforts.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide fast solutions to customer problems, ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to company service standards and follow communication procedures.
- Effectively manage a large volume of incoming inquiries, handling complaints and providing timely solutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and maintain documentation in accordance with policies.
