Job Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Service Executive (BM & English Speaker)
to deliver exceptional customer support through
inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and live chats
.
This role requires individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be trained to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining the company's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
email and live chat
.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively or escalate them to the relevant department.
Maintain service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Work on
rotational shifts
, including
weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
.
Requirements
Minimum
SPM qualification
- must have
passed Bahasa Malaysia and Sejarah
.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
(spoken and written).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Willing to work
24-hour rotational shifts
, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use email, chat, and CRM systems.
