  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English as this candidate will be engaging with customer

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to attend to customer
  • Ensure accurate customer data maintenance and call log updated
  • Liaise with customers on WhatsApp
  • Help clients to create brand awareness
  • Provide services to clients
