Top Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with order placement, service issues, product information, complaints, and troubleshooting.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
Stay up to date with company products, services, and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
? Malaysian citizen
? 18 - 35 years old
? Minimum Diploma holders
? Fresh graduates recommended to apply
? Good command of BM and English (additional languages are a plus)
? Good computer literacy
? Comprehensive training will be provided

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
