Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products, services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied. Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions about specific products/services
• Understand and deliver attentive and professional service to customer.
• To manage in-store customer experience by creating conducive customer journey, understanding crowd pattern, and executing smart scheduling for staff

• Strong verbal and written in Malay and English language
• Professionally attend to all customers\' needs and enquiries according to Retail Experience SLA.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Telco products
• First contact person to handle customers\' complaints pre and post sales.

Salary

• RM2000-RM2500

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
